When we hear José Salinas he reminds us of the purity and maturity of the ancient and great flamenco singers. Among his long career he has absorbed all the wisdom of the great masters. His debut album “TIERRA DE LUZ” shows us his personal way of feeling, living and understanding flamenco finding a new path of unique expression. Far from any mainstream concept all songs are full of rich musical elements where oriental, Mediterranean and fusion elements are combined in order to enhance the traditional flamenco art form.
