From April 2018 “The World Of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration” goes on tour throughout Germany, accompanied by longstanding friends, colleagues, rock stars and film composers. Amir John Haddad – EL AMIR will be joining the project. Hans Zimmer is acting as the curator and musical director, even though he himself will not perform at these concert in this occasion.
“The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration” pulls out all the stops: In addition to visually striking projections of film sequences, a symphony orchestra under the direction of David Greenaway creates an intense ad unforgettable experience which – in contrast to “Hans Zimmer Live” – celebrates Zimmer’s compositions for large orchestra.
EL AMIR will be participating in this tour as a featuring solo artist performing flamenco guitar and electric guitar together with a choir and top musicians from Hans Zimmer’s talent factory, such as the flutist Pedro Eustache, solo violinist Rusanda Panfili or the magical and famous voice of Lisa Gerrard (Dead Can Dance) to interpret a very special selection of soundtracks from the most famous films such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Gladiator, Mission Impossible, The Holiday, Madagascar, and many more.
