If you are already part of our contact list, it is because at some point you gave us your consent to send you newsletters, we have worked with you or you are part of the world of performing arts and show business as a company, institution or collaborator.

Zoomusic does not share, nor transfer your data to third parties. If we need to do this in some point, we will do it only with your explicit authorization requesting your consent in advance.

Zoomusic uses Vtiger CRM as a data processor software and we ensure you that your information is secure and Vtiger do not use it for any purpose.

Comments from visitors to this website may be reviewed through an automatic spam detection service.

How long we keep your data

The data that you have given us in your subscription to our newsletter or by contacting us through the contact form are stored indefinitely in our contact database. This data can be modified by an update made by the database administrators (Zoomusic) or by user’s request.

Regarding users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Web administrators can also view and edit that information.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize and approve successive comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

What rights do you have about your data

You can request to receive an export file of the personal data that we have about you, including any data that you have provided to us.
